Chinese Food
China foods culture has a history of five thousand years. Hundreds of thousands cuisines were brought into or out of China during the five thousand years. Nowadays, Chinese foods and restaurants can be found in countries all over the world. In order to make the taste of Chinese foods suit for themselves, foreigners changed ways to cooking Chinese foods. It is said that there are already over 60,000 Chinese cuisines all over the world so far.
Generally speaking, Chinese cuisines consist of eight cuisines, which are Shandong Cuisine, Sichuan Cuisine, Guangdong Cuisine, Fujian Cuisine, Jiangsu Cuisine, Zhejiang Cuisine, Hunan Cuisine and Anhui Cuisine. The features and renowned dishes for each of the eight cuisines are listed below.
